How to Make Keto Bread Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add eggs and melted butter, mixing well.
  4. Slowly add warm water, stirring until dough thickens. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Shape dough into 6 equal rolls and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
